Kent Garden Keepers provides practical garden maintenance in Kent. Our office is at 22 Bank Street, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1SE, England. Phone: 441 622 784 519 · Email: [email protected].
Typical tasks include mowing and edging lawns, trimming hedges, weeding beds and borders, seasonal clearing, mulching, light pruning, and basic site tidy. Worklists for each visit are agreed in advance and may adapt to weather, access, nesting, safety considerations, or local restrictions.
Quotes describe labour, expected time on site, and any materials. Prices are in GBP and exclude unexpected third-party charges (e.g., council disposal fees) unless stated. If site conditions differ materially from information provided, we discuss revised options before continuing.
Visits are scheduled within a time window. You agree to provide reasonable access, parking where possible, and safe working conditions. If access is not available on arrival, a call-out or rescheduling fee may apply to cover travel time.
We may pause or reschedule when conditions would risk harm to people, property, or plants (e.g., saturated ground, high winds, extreme heat, active nesting). We keep paths as clear as practicable while working and leave the area tidy after completion.
Where feasible, we compost on site. Off-site disposal or special waste handling can be arranged and may be billed separately. Plant selections, if requested, are sourced from reputable suppliers with a focus on locally suitable stock.
Additional tasks requested on the day can be added if time allows or booked for a later visit. We confirm the estimated time and cost before proceeding with extras.
Invoices are issued after each visit or on an agreed schedule. Payment is due within the stated terms on the invoice. Late payment may pause future bookings until the account is settled.
With your permission, we may take simple before/after photos to assist planning and record keeping. Any optional marketing use of images is discussed separately and requires explicit consent.
We take reasonable care and use appropriate methods for the tasks agreed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful. Please inform us of underground services, irrigation lines, or hidden features before work begins.
You can cancel or reschedule by giving reasonable notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee when travel has already started or when work cannot be reallocated.
Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Notice. We keep records necessary for scheduling, invoicing, and lawful business operations.
If something feels off, contact us promptly. We review notes, photos, and schedules to find a practical resolution. Most issues are resolved through a follow-up visit or a clear explanation of options.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the services.
